Fashion week IMMERSION program
Fashion Week Immersion Program is tailored for individuals ranging from fashion students, fresh graduates and industry professionals in the fields of fashion, media, digital, design, luxury and business. The program is constructed to provide participants with opportunities to expand their knowledge of the industry by interning with top fashion brands, PR agencies, and show production firms during fashion weeks.

Type of Position: Internship
Length of Internship: 1-3 weeks (duration may vary by different brands)
Locations: New York, London, Milan, Paris, Los Angeles, Tokyo, Australia…
Deadline: Ongoing
*Since the application system is rolling basis. We advise you to apply as early as possible, as demand for places is consistently high throughout the year.
*Every role plays an integral part of fashion week.

From design to pr, event production to model management, the Fashion Week Internship experience highlights all the intrigues and professions in fashion from top to bottom. You will be able to witness and participate in the making of a fashion show from the very beginning to end.
【What you will be doing】
General Assistant Duties
· Maintaining the showroom/studio
· Assisting with brand events
· Search styling related materials
· General check-in
· Venue Setting Up
· Samples / Invitation Delivery
· Leg work
Assistant Designer
· Provide support to and work collaboratively with members of the design team
· Assist in fitting process, making detailed noted during fits
· Assist in photoshot
· Organize looks for the show, making sure everything from accessories to outfits are appropriately assembled for each model
Media & PR
· Updating of publication, VIP & influencer contacts lists
· Garment deliveries to editors, influencers and stylists & inventory management
· Celebrity/Influencer dressing and fitting
· Press coverage tracking and logging
Sales & Showroom
· Provide support for the field sales representative.
· Stock inventory and maintain showroom displays.
· Attend trade shows and seminars as well as recommend future venues
· Fills out post event report sheet with information about the event
Event Production
· Work with internal teams to develop event related collateral and assets.
· Front house management – venue setup, guest greeting and ushering, gift bag preparation & distribution
· Backstage coordination- garment preparation, dressing, hair and make up help

FAQ(FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS)
Q：I’m an Econ major student with no working experience in fashion, can I apply?
A：Absolutely! Most of our programs don’t require a fashion related major or extensive working experiences. At NewLeaper, we value determination, motivation and creativity.
Q：Is this a full-time internship? I am still a student and there might be time conflicts between this internship and school, would I be able to ask for leave?
A：A lot of our applicants are students. Your manager from the designer team will be willing to coordinate your work schedule as long as early notice was given.
Q：Is there going to be an INTERVIEW？
A：Yes. After you submit your resume, you would be able to schedule your interview. An addition interview might be added prior to test your language proficiency.
Q： Are flight and hotels costs included in the Program Fee?
A：Flight and hotels costs are not included in the Program Fee. However, we do offer a flight and accommodation packages for extra costs. We are more than happy to advise on your best available flight and hotel options.
Q：Can I pick my own designer brand, PR firm, or sales agencies?
A：Yes. However, there are limited spots for applicants for each brand. As we receive applications all year round, early application is encouraged.
Q：Do you offer long term internship programs?
A：Yes. Contact us to discuss your requirements and we would be able to assign you to applicable fashion companies.
